Equipment Needed for P90x3 & Insanity

As I've mentioned before January 5th is sort of D-Day for Jude and I. For Christmas I got Insanity and he got P90x3. From what I've read Insanity is more for weight loss since it more cardio. On the other hand, P90x3 is more for getting toned and building muscle because it more weight training.

Jude got the ultimate kit of P90x3 which included:
19 DVD's
Nutrition Guide
Fitness Guide
E&E Energy and Endurance Mix (Pre-workout 30 day supply)
3 Resistance Bands
Premium Beachbody Mat
Results and Recovery Formula (30 day supply)
Chin Up Bar
Chin Up Max (it helps you work your way up to pull ups)

Additional Equipment Needed:
Various Dumbbell Weights (We have 10's, 15's, 30's, and 45's)
More Pre-Workout and Recovery Formula (I have read that this is a must during these intense workouts)
Fat Calipers
A Flexible Tape Measure

I got insanity which included:
9 DVD's
Nutrition Guide
Quick Start Guide

Additional Equipment Needed:
Pre-Workout and Recovery Formula
Fat Calipers
A Flexible Tape Measure

You do need a lot less equipment with Insanity because it mainly is cardio and uses your body weight as resistance. I will say Jude and I tried a little bit of both so far and they are both equally CRAZY. I'm deathly scared of January 5th, but I know that these are for real and am excited to see the results!
